Our Ormskirk Heritage Trail introduces you to some of Ormskirk’s history and heritage.   You can either follow the trail yourself, or you can join an organised tour, led by one of our volunteers. 

The trail starts in the centre of Ormskirk at the clock tower and takes you to 12 points of interest around the town centre.

In 2023, organised guided tours took place on some Tuesdays in Spring and Summer.  We hope to be able to the same in 2024 and will post the dates and times here, once they have been agreed.

There is no charge for the tour but we very much appreciate voluntary contributions towards the costs of planning and running the Heritage Trail and Tours.

Printed copies are also on display at Ormskirk Library and in some of our local shops.
